METS Editorial Board – Call for Members

As of October 2025, the METS Editorial Board is soliciting applications for vacancies in its membership.

METS Editorial Board Membership Criteria

Board membership criteria are documented on the METS website.

Your application should include a resume or curriculum vitae with a cover letter describing your interest in applying for the position.

The deadline for applications is January 31, 2026. Applications should be sent to the METS board metseditorialboardmail@gmail.com. We hope to fill our vacancies by April 2026.

Process for Application Review

All Board members will review all the applications. Responsibility for coordinating and completing the evaluation process is given to one or more board members. Rating of candidates compared to the criteria will be made for full Board review and for documentation purposes. There may be interviews of potential Board members, which would be conducted via Zoom.

The full Board will give their consideration of the candidates. Further discussion and decisions can be made via email or web conference as well as face to face meetings.
